Uliks

Uliks is a variant of the name Ulysses, which is the Latinized form of the Greek name Odysseus. Odysseus is a legendary Greek king of Ithaca and the hero of Homer's epic poem, the Odyssey. The etymology of Odysseus is debated, with several theories proposed. One theory links it to the Greek verb 'odyssomai' (ὀδύσσομαι), meaning 'to be angry' or 'to hate', possibly referring to the anger of the gods towards him or his own anger. Another theory connects it to 'odussomai' meaning 'to cause pain' or 'to suffer pain', reflecting his arduous journey and trials.
