Taïssya

The name Taïssya is a variant of Taisia, which itself is derived from the Greek name Thais. Thais was a common name in ancient Greece, most famously borne by a courtesan who accompanied Alexander the Great. The name's association with Christmas comes from a later Christian interpretation, possibly linking it to the Latin 'natalis' meaning 'of birth' or 'Christmas'.

While the direct etymological link to 'Christmas' is debated, the name has been adopted in various cultures, particularly in Eastern Europe, where it gained popularity.
