Romulus

Romulus is a name deeply rooted in Roman mythology, most famously associated with Romulus, the legendary founder and first king of Rome. According to tradition, he and his twin brother Remus were abandoned as infants, suckled by a she-wolf, and later raised by a shepherd. Romulus eventually founded the city of Rome on the Palatine Hill, but a dispute over the city's leadership led him to kill Remus. He then established the Roman Senate and army, and after a long reign, he was deified as the god Quirinus.
