Przyboj

Przyboj is an Old Polish name, part of a larger group of Slavic names that were dithematic (two-part) and often combined elements related to warfare, nature, or desirable human qualities. The element 'przy-' means 'before' or 'near,' and '-boj' means 'battle' or 'fight.' Such names were common in early Slavic societies, reflecting the martial values and the frequent conflicts of the era.
