Pietat

Pietat is a Catalan name derived directly from the Latin word 'pietas'. In Roman religion, Pietas was a goddess personifying the virtue of 'pietas', which encompassed devotion to gods, country, and family, as well as dutiful conduct and religious observance. The concept was central to Roman morality and was often depicted on coins and monuments.
