Nasięgniew

Nasięgniew is a very old Slavic name, a compound of two elements: *na- (a prefix intensifying the meaning, often translated as 'full of' or 'very') and *gněvъ ('anger', 'wrath'). Such compound names were common in early Slavic cultures, often reflecting desired traits or characteristics. These names were typically given with the hope that the child would embody the qualities described.
