Malakiás

Malakiás is the Greek form of the Hebrew name Malakhi (מַלְאָכִי). The name is most famously associated with the biblical prophet Malachi, the author of the last book of the Old Testament. The prophet's name itself is derived from the Hebrew word 'mal'akh' meaning 'messenger' or 'angel,' combined with the possessive suffix '-i' meaning 'my.'
