Labīd

Labīd is an ancient Arabic name with roots in pre-Islamic Arabian culture. It derives from the Arabic verb 'labada' (لبد), which means 'to stay, to remain, to be firmly established,' and by extension, 'to be wise' or 'to be intelligent' due to the stability and depth of thought associated with wisdom.
