Kaštiliaš

Kaštiliaš (also spelled Kashtiliash) is an ancient name of Kassite origin, primarily known through its usage by several kings of the Kassite dynasty who ruled Babylonia. The Kassites were an ancient people who gained control of Babylonia after the fall of the Old Babylonian Empire, ruling for approximately 400 years from the 16th to the 12th century BCE.
