Inari

Inari is a prominent deity in Japanese Shinto religion, associated with rice, tea, sake, agriculture, fertility, foxes, and worldly success. The name is most famously known through Inari Ōkami, one of the principal kami (deities) of Shinto. Shrines dedicated to Inari are numerous throughout Japan, with Fushimi Inari-taisha in Kyoto being the most famous. Foxes, known as kitsune, are considered messengers of Inari. While traditionally a deity's name, Inari has seen some use as a given name, particularly in modern times, often for its cultural significance and pleasant sound. Its unisex nature stems from the deity not having a fixed gender in all interpretations, though often depicted as male, female, or androgynous.
