Europa

The name Europa has deep roots in Greek mythology. Europa was a Phoenician princess abducted by Zeus, who had transformed himself into a white bull. He carried her across the sea to Crete, where she bore him three sons, including Minos, the legendary king of Crete. The continent of Europe is said to have been named after her.
