Erwana

Erwana is the feminine form of the Breton name Erwan, which is the Breton equivalent of the name Yves. The name Yves itself has Germanic roots, derived from the element 'iv', meaning 'yew tree' or 'archer'. However, the Breton form Erwan is also associated with the elements 'aer' (battle) and 'gwan' (weak), or more commonly, 'er' (high, chief) and 'gwenn' (white, blessed).
