Do-hyun

Do-hyun is a modern Korean given name. Like many Korean names, it is composed of two Sino-Korean syllables, each with multiple possible meanings depending on the hanja (Chinese characters) used. The first syllable 'Do' (도) can mean 'path, way, road' (道) or 'degree, measure' (度), among others. The second syllable 'Hyun' (현) can mean 'virtuous, worthy, able' (賢), 'bright, brilliant' (炫), or 'deep, profound' (玄). The combination 'Do-hyun' often implies 'path of virtue' or 'wise path'.
