Aphroditee

Aphrodite is the ancient Greek goddess of love, beauty, pleasure, and procreation. Her Roman equivalent is the goddess Venus. According to Hesiod's Theogony, she was born when Cronus cut off Uranus's genitals and threw them into the sea, and she arose from the sea foam (aphros in Greek). Homer's Iliad, however, presents her as the daughter of Zeus and Dione.

The name Aphrodite has been used since antiquity, primarily in reference to the goddess herself. As a given name for mortals, it has been less common due to its strong association with the deity, though it has seen occasional use, particularly in Greek-speaking cultures. Its meaning and mythological connections imbue it with a powerful sense of beauty and divine love.
