Antea

The name Antea is derived from the Ancient Greek word 'antios' (ἀντίος), meaning 'opposite' or 'facing,' which can be interpreted as 'she who goes before' or 'leader.' In Greek mythology, Antea was the wife of Proetus, the king of Tiryns. She is also known as Stheneboea. The story of Antea and Bellerophon is a notable one, where she falsely accused Bellerophon of attempting to seduce her after he rejected her advances. This led to Bellerophon being sent on dangerous quests.
